6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A), Adstorm LLC has adopted and reasonably implements a policy for the termination of accounts and access privileges of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.
Adstorm LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Suspend or terminate, with or without notice, access to any account or user whose content is the subject of multiple valid copyright infringement notices
- Permanently ban any user who is found to have repeatedly uploaded or distributed content that infringes the copyright of others
- Take such other action as Adstorm LLC deems appropriate under the circumstances
For the purposes of this policy, a "repeat infringer" is any user who has been the subject of two or more valid DMCA takedown notices within any 12-month period, or any user who Adstorm LLC has reasonable grounds to believe is engaging in systematic or wilful copyright infringement.
7. Adstorm LLC's Own Intellectual Property
All content created by Adstorm LLC - including but not limited to the AdStorm brand name and logo, course curricula and materials, advertising playbooks and frameworks, website content and design, proprietary tools and templates, video and audio content, written guides, case studies, and any other original works - is the exclusive intellectual property of Adstorm LLC and is protected by UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2002 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights, applicable international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws.
Unauthorised reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, public performance, public display, or creation of derivative works from Adstorm LLC's proprietary content - in whole or in part - without the express prior written permission of Adstorm LLC is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
To request a licence to use Adstorm LLC content, please contact copyright@adstorm.agency.
8. Good Faith and Abuse Prevention
Adstorm LLC will act in good faith on all valid infringement notices received through the procedures described in this policy. However, we reserve the right to decline to remove content where we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that a notice has been submitted in bad faith, is inaccurate, is being used as a tool to suppress lawful speech or competition, or does not comply with the requirements of the DMCA.
Abuse of the DMCA notice and takedown process - including filing false or misleading notices - may expose the filer to legal liability and will result in the notice being rejected.
